This is a little wall quilt that my friend made for her sister. Sunday she gave it to me like this.
I quilted it with the clamshell design for her. A few hours later it was all done!
It's a quilt for her sister. Her sister's granddaughter sadly passed away. The two t-shirts in the center were two of her granddaughter's favorite shirts. The pinwheel fabrics were her clothes.
When I loaded the quilt I tried hard to calculate where the stitches would land. I really didn't want to quilt over that sweet face. I also didn't want to do any custom stippling around the photos.
I know she is going to be super happy with it.
