I was on a roll yesterday when I started sewing waffle blocks that had been on my WIP list for a while. I made enough for a "boy" quilt. I just kept going and put the lighter shades together for a "girl" quilt.

These waffle blocks make very nice quilts. Sorry your son has had complications from his surgery. I hope he gets his strength back before school starts!
I am behind it reading your posts! So sorry to hear Owen will be missing out on activities, but getting better is the most important thing. That is a lot of meds! I hope he feels better soon.
