WIP Wednesday 11.10.21

More quilty stuff happened this week.

I finished the Happy Little Accident quilt.  It was made from leftover blocks from the Block Lotto.  It measures a cute 31" x 41".

I set a goal a few weeks back to make a house block for the Cabins by the Lake quilt that is on my long WIP list.  I really wanted to started something new, but I refrained.  Now I have four house blocks complete.  Here's the first row put together.  I wasn't sure how I felt about the color combos when I first started making them.  I think the black sashing and the green cornerstones are pulling it all together.

Besides putting these in a row, I made House #5.

I made progress on the assembly of my Gobble Gobble quilt.  Pattern by Lori Holt.  I found this fun dot fabric in my stash in the blue bin and I think it worked out perfectly.  Next up:  make the back.  I have some Thanksgiving novelty fabrics in mind plus that extra Gobble block.

I'm linking up at Quilt Fabrication for Midweek Makers.

I love the two red squared in the Happy Little Accident quilt. They just pop! The fabric you used for the border of the gobbler quilt is perfect! So great you found a big enough piece!
