WIP Wednesday 1.16.19

What another busy week!  Here's what happened:

I finished the clamshell quilting on my Pat Sloan Solstice Challenge quilt.  Here it is in a ball waiting on the binding (that I already made!)  Sometimes I just like to show the "real" pictures of things instead of the glamorous photos of beautiful quilts.

Yesterday it was on the quilting frame.  It looked pretty like this:

I made this scrappy pieced red back for it.

Swing by Susan's blog and wish her a happy birthday here.  I'm linking up with the Midweek Makers.

 Quiltfabrication

I made great progress on my Good Fortune quilt.  The first set of borders are on (but not in this photo.)  I also fixed the two red/white 4-patches that were turned the wrong way.

I sewed a few more "seeds" onto my Kim Diehl table topper called Short & Sweet.

I added Bonnie Hunter's Sand Castles quilt to my list of things to do for the RSC19.  Here's two red blocks.

I returned this quilt to a customer.  I longarmed it with a pattern board from Urban Elements called Airborne.  I like it.  It looks like the wind is blowing across it.

I'm linking up with Lorna for Let's Bee Social.  Check it out today at Sew Fresh Quilts.

I made two jars of yummy fermented carrots.  These are ginger flavored.

I set my Q1 FAL goals.  It's basically the list shown below.  You can see projects pics here.
