I didn't get much red scrap sewing done this week, but I WON the "red" challenge quilt today at our annual spring tea.
To be eligible to win one of the three challenge quilts, one must make a block (or two or three) which serve are entries into the drawing with the challenge fabric provided by the guild that was distributed at the 2016 Spring Tea. Winner must also be present for the drawing.
It was a great day! Happy 10th anniversary to the Osnaburg Quilt and Fiber Art Guild!
Linking up with Angela at SoScrappy for Scrap Happy Saturday here..
Here's the other two quilts that were made:
I made the Sawtooth star on the top right with the Ohio Star center. I also made the Sawtooth star in the third row down in the center.

Congratulations. Sounds like you one lucky quilter.
Hearty congratulations on your win. I follow Bonnie's blog and read about her visit to your guild. What a day!
Congratulations on your win. Bet Bonnie loved seeing your quilts.
I'm happy to see lady luck shining down on you!
How cool is that?! You won a stunning quilt AND met Bonnie!
Sounds like a SUPER day! Bonnie is a TON of fun and winning a quilt is a moment to treasure. Congrats!!
Talk about hitting the jackpot. It sounds like a perfect week. Congratulations on winning the quilt. The 2 sawtooth blocks you made look great in the completed quilts. I'm sure Bonnie was delighted to see your version of her quilt.
They say three times lucky. Have you bought a lottery ticket? Great win. Was Bonnie as entertaining in person as her blog?
