Nope, wasn't hard at all to find more multi-colored fabrics. I made another block, added some sashing and a multi-colored border and TaDa! A flimsy!
It was a little windy for the photo. The Ohio sun is shining and it's a gorgeous day! Let's try again...
Nope, still blowing in the win. But it's still a fun quilt. May be it will be a calm day after it gets finished and has more weight to it. Can't wait!
I'm excited to quilt this one, but I'll have to add it to the longarm schedule. I know I'll be using one of my new-to-me pantographs. Can't wait to test a few more. Maybe this time I'll do a "set" that has block by block designs. We'll see. Happy quilting!
I'm linking up for the RSC17 on Angela's blog, SoScrappy. Click over there for lots of inspiration! The RSC17 linky party for this week is here.
Did you see my use of multi-colored fabrics that I used to finish a quilt back this week? Yes, RSC fabrics to the rescue. Here's the scrappy back of My Heart Skips a Beat quilt. Look at all those fun scraps! They are multi-colored fabrics that just don't match anything, yet all put together make FUN!
Garden Party (pattern by Bonnie Hunter in her latest book, Addicted to Scraps) grew one more row this week. I'm just loving the reds!

Congrats! on your MULTICOLORED finishes... both the top AND the quilt!!
Love these
Those scrappy stars are just wonderful.
Both quilts are looking great. We had snow so wish it had been Green like you have.
Love your use of all those fabrics!
Ooo, I like those reds in your Garden Party quilt too! And what a delightful crib quilt you were able to pull together! Well done!
Loving how your rainbow blocks and scrappy quilts are growing! And well done on that scrappy backing. As a side note, you have some wonderful carpet/mats in the backgrounds of your quilt pictures!
