See the red plaid in the blocks below? I won that from Mrs. Pepper's blog. She offered it in the orphan block adoption on Cynthia's blog, Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework. Cynthia is always having fun things with scraps on her blog. Check out the all the fun there.
I also played with a red chunk from my stash and made all of these unusual sized sashing blocks for the Pat Sloan Winter Solstice Challenge. The red is constant, but all the whites are scrappy.
I'm linking up for the RSC17 on Angela's blog, SoScrappy. Click over there for lots of inspiration!

Love your party! Your Garden Party that is, lol. It is coming along very well. It is on my to-do list for someday. Meanwhile I'll enjoy looking at yours. Congrats on winning this beautiful plaid. It's perfect for this project too. Enjoy! ;^)
I really like garden party - I haven't been brave enough to start it. Yours is wonderful.
That is a great quilt!
I love your blocks! I'm making Garden Party this year too, with blue chains. It's so much fun to see the blocks come together.
