Garden Party (pattern by Bonnie Hunter in her latest book, Addicted to Scraps) grew one more row this week. These little blocks are addicting. I started two boxes of 1.5" strips (neutrals & prints) and two boxes of 2.5" strips (neutrals and prints) to see how I like Bonnie's scrap user's system. AGAIN, Bonnie knows how to be productive. These little blocks are multiplying like crazy using that system. I just know when this quilt is done I'll have piece parts ready for an Idaho Square Dance quilt! Yeah! I'm not cutting all the scraps just yet, but these four boxes will keep me busy for a while.
Look at those multi-colored fabrics! Flowers, flags, Sesame Street, Christmas Bulbs, Monopoly money, plaids, prints, solids -- Oh my!
I'm linking up for the RSC17 on Angela's blog, SoScrappy. Click over there for lots of inspiration! The RSC17 linky party for this week is here.

I've used Bonnie's Scrap User's System for YEARS!! It saved me in a class that I had forgotten I signed up for. Grabbed my 3.5" drawer on the way out the door and ended up saving myself a step in the process of making the quilt. Whew!! The system really works!!
Your guild challenge blocks are very nice, a good use of leftover fabrics. I love your Garden Party. I want to make to someday too but just need to find the time.
LOVE these colorful blocks and your FUN PRINTS!
Oh your garden party is fabulous! Such a great scrappy quilt!
A little along really does add up . . . fun colors.
Love the finished quilt. So bright and cheery! Guild challenge blocks look like fun and a great way to use up those scraps.
What a fun post and great blocks. I'm a Bonnie Hunter fan, too, but haven't tried her scrap users system. Yet. I have some reading to do now.... !!
Love the Garden Party. I say it every week...I need to make one!
