Black and Yellow 9-Patch Charity Quilt on the Frame

Here's what is on my frame today.  Some fun, scrappy, charity goodness.  It's a bright and black 9-patch with a lot of yellow on the back.

My longarm has been having a short problem in the handles.  I sent the handles to be repaired by the manufacturer (Nolting) and got them back last week.  I love my Nolting 23XL!  This is the first unusual problem that I have had with it.  Their customer service is great.  The handles aren't working 100% since the handles were returned.  The problem (I think) is in the front handles (side by the needle).  I will be quilting from the front for another week or so to continue to trouble shoot it.  Hence the freehand stippling.  Luckily I have about 23 more charity quilts on which to practice my stipple.  LOL.

Happy Monday!

Quilting is more fun than Housework

I'm happy to report that this quilt is now done.  I'll be delivering it to another guild member for binding.  I'm also linking up with Em's Scrapbag for Moving It Forward Monday.

The nine-patches just sparkle against the black background! Hope your machine gets fixed soon.

I had to send my machine off recently for some live. It can be frustrating identifying those intermittent issues. The black background was a wonderful choice. Thanks for sharing with Oh Scrap!
