I quilted it with the Baptist Fan giant template board (by Circle Lord.) The top is a light blue plaid shirting. The bottom is a green/brown plaid. I used a rust-colored thread for the quilting.
It measures 62" wide by 69" tall. This was one of the first projects I took with me when I was learning to needle turn applique. I remember taking it to speech, school, and swim lessons (among other things.)
I'm linking up with Myra at Busy Hands Quilts for Finished or Not Friday.
I'm also linking up with Sarah at Confessions of a Fabric Addict for Can I Get a Woop Woop?
This quilt was on my list during the 2017 Q3 Goal Setting Party. I'm linking up at Marci Girls Design for the 2017 FAL.

That turned out SEW well!!! The Baptist Fan template was the perfect choice.
Beautiful - I love it.
What a fun quilt. I especially like the plaids.
I LOVE It!
It's a wonderful quilt. It looks so good outside there on the line. It really brings out the colours.
