Yellow Scrap Saturday

I had a little fun with some yellow scraps this week.  Yellow is the color for June for the RSC17.

The "orange" block just has a yellow center.  The bottom right block the fabric seemed more gold at the time.  Now it seems more brown to me.  It's a Garden Party block -- they will all be happy together.  Bonnie Hunter makes awesome patterns!

Here's a couple more non-yellow blocks just for fun.

I made a few plus blocks this week too.

Linking up with all the fun at Angela's blog, SoScrappy.  This week's linky party is here.  Come join in on all of the fun and see all the scrappy inspiration from the others!

That garden party block looks like fun to piece. A good way to use up the florals that are so hard to use up with today's quilts leaning to more solid or reads like solid fabrics.

I made my Garden Party blocks too! I love how easy the blocks are, and how much variety we can add.
