Slow Sunday Stitching

This week I didn't get as much hand stitching done as I'd like, but I did continue to work on my Linen And Threads Mystery Sampler that I found on Facebook.  I'm getting to the point where I'll have all the boundaries marked and I won't have to count anything for a while.  I'll just have to go back and make the other stitches and x's.  I'm learning as I go and enjoying the process.

On this day I was working on my project while subbing in Spanish class.  See all the pinatas in the background?  Fun, Fun.  (By the way, I only speak a few words in Spanish--most of them from Dora.)

I'm also showing off a Slow Sunday Stitching project that I finished this week.  You can read more details here.  It was the embroidery bear crib quilt that I started at the end of last winter.  I'm glad it's a happy little finish.  It will make a little baby happy.

I'm linking up with Kathy at Kathy's Quilts for Slow Sunday Stitching.  Come check out the fun.
