Oopsie Tuesday

So I was supposed to make three Ohio Stars (I'm replacing the other pieced stars I'm not a fan of in the Welcome Home Sampler...).  Here's what happened on the second star.  Luckily it's not all sewn together yet.

 

I'm sure the block on the right has a name...  I'll fix it.  Where's that seam ripper?
