We Can Do It Skill Builder Sampler Block #8

The We Can Do It Skill Builder Sampler (block 8) is called Breaking Out.  It is the first time I tried "magic" flying geese.  Pretty neat how no fabric was wasted.  Here's my block in spectacular photography (LOL).

I liked the block enough to do a second block to make my Summer Sampler Series quilt larger:

I am still very happy with my color choices on both quilts!  Woohoo!  Only about five more original blocks to get caught up on the Summer Sampler Series.
