Pink Soul Searching Block -- RSC19

All of my blocks for Clue #1 of the Sensational Summer Scrap Quilt are complete.  All of Clue #1 is in pink.  I used 2.5" squares for this clue.  Thank you, Accuquilt 2.5" Square Multiples Die #55059 for helping me ZOOM through the cutting part of this clue and busting all these fun, pink scraps!  It cuts nine 2.5" squares in one layer.  I place up to five layers of fabrics in it.  I don't always get 45 squares in one crank because I am utilizing miscellaneous scraps and USING THEM UP!

For the quiltalong, check out all the details on Kevin the Quilter's Blog.

I moved this project along this week by making a pink Soul Searching block.   The Soul Searching pattern is in a book called Making Quilts with Kathy Doughty of Material Obsession.  I was lucky enough to get a copy of this book at our local library!

I'm linking up with Angela at SoScrappy for the RSC19.  Check out all of the creative links today at RSC19 -- Scrap Happy Saturday.

Looks like you've made a bunch of 4 patches there! Sounds so handy to have that Accuquilt cutter to whip through your scraps!

I have that book and have Soul Searching bookmarked to make. I may have to go looking for it now.

Lots of lovely pink goodness from you today. I made my Soul Searching blocks as leader and ender sewing last year. So easy if all the pieces are cut and waiting at the side of the sewing machine. I did one colour at a time, in between projects. I liken l&e sewing to getting something for nothing!

An Accuquilt has been my wish list for several years. The accurate cutting of many pieces would be a great Help! Your 4-patches look great!
