FNSI Results

Whew.  It's hot here in Ohio.  Last night I got a couple more rows sewn on to my Ugly Fabric Quilt.  The pattern is Cafe' Mocha by Amanda Murphy.  I honestly don't think these fabrics are ugly at all.  It was part of a quilt challenge several years ago.  Another person thought that several of the fabrics just weren't her thing anymore (75% of the brick fabrics).  The goal was to use these three or so yards of fabric pieces and put them together and make a quilt project.  I added the brown and the cream and just a couple of the pinks.  I think it's lovely!  Here's where this quilt (16 rows) stands now:

Sorry for the dark photo, but it is a Friday NIGHT Sew-In...  This is what the quilt looked like (13 rows) before the rows were added (in nice lighting):

I'm also linking up at Powered by Quilting for Friday Foto Fun just to share what I'm working on.
