Happy Easter
I had to move the quilts for binding to a safe area. Company's coming.
Yep, you saw it already didn't you? My grandmother's embroidered quilt has a smudge on it! Looks like someone dripped chili on it on the way to their chair? Hmmm. I'm sure I'll get it out. This quilt only has one side of the binding complete and a partial other side. It will be a little while longer before it gets washed properly. I usually work on it while watching Survivor once a week. Look closer.
The red/white/blue quilts will be in my school bag starting Tuesday. I'll be subbing in a fourth grade math class until the end of May. I'm not sure how much stitching time I'll get with this group on my lunch and planning periods. The third grade math class I had in the beginning of the year surely kept me on my toes. I barely had time for lunch. There's grading papers, making copies, entering grades, communicating with parents... Time will go fast.

Oh dear, such a shame about that mark on your beautiful family quilt. Do keep us updated about the stain removal.
