I made three Scarborough Fair blocks in green this week.
Yes, I've been pretty absent in the quilting community and blogland for a bit. But I'm happy to say that I have been very present in life and not just watching it go by. I've had some great results in my new healthy lifestyle journey. Some of you also hang out at Kathy's Quilting Blog. I shared my story with the Slow Stitching Sunday group this week here.
I'm linking up at Angela's blog, SoScrappy, for the RSC23.

Congratulations on your weight loss, Kathy!
I am very happy for you.
I luv seeing different versions of blocks
I love seeing what you are doing! So glad you are feeling healthy and postive- an answer to prayer.
Great work seeing such great results from your healthy life style. Congratulations.
Pretty green blocks Kathy. So glad you are feeling better.
Congratulations on busting through the maternal legacy, loosing weight and reaping the benefits. Love the Easter fabric being showcased in your blocks.
Welcome back to the Rainbow Scrap Challenge, Kathy! Kudos on working your way back to a healthier lifestyle. Off to see what you told the Slow Stitching folks...
I am so happy for you and all you have accomplished. I am finding that I just can't do it all meaning working full time, sewing, keeping up the house, and trying to focus on myself and the things I need to do to improve myself for now and the future. There is only so much time in the day and only so much energy that I have. I keep putting myself last and I need to fix that.
That is awesome! I'm sure the lack of sewing is a small sacrifice for the new lifestyle. I'm sure you must feel like a whole new person. The lack of stitching is a small sacrifice if it keeps you mobile for your life.
Thanks for your dedication and hard work in creating this blog
