Elf on the Shelf Brings a Present

A DS game purchased on eBay without a fancy box makes the perfect present for Chippy our Elf on the Shelf to bring.  Look at that proportion.  It was also delivered on a Saturday when my husband had to work and I needed to get a few things done around the house.  Owen had been really good in school that week.  POW!  Reward!!!

 

Wow, Mom really needs to sweep the floor after putting up the tree AND make an awesome tree skirt.  The reason why I haven't made a tree skirt yet is that I have a specific one on my bucket list with trees and toy soldiers on it.  I actually found the quilt book this week and set it out so that I could pull some fabrics.  Maybe next year Chippy will be sitting pretty on it.
