WIP Wednesday

I haven't done a WIP Wednesday for a while.  Time to report on my progresses. I haven't done any longarm quilting since about Thanksgiving.  It's too cold where the longarm is located.  It skips stitches.  Time is coming when I can start having BIG finished projects soon--hopefully we will be able to see some in April.

Here's my first quilt finish for 2020.  The quilt is called Catchin' Some Rays.  Happy Valentine's Day!

I'm still working on making Sand Castle blocks (a Bonnie Hunter pattern).  I only have a few more grey/black blocks to make before it can start to be assembled into a quilt top.



I made some carrots for my Veggie Patch quilt (at Katie Mae Quilts).  They are cute with peas!

I've been trying to not start any new projects unless I finish a project.  I have been doing pretty good at that.  This cute EASTER pattern with BUNNIES is adorable.  It could be a quick weekend project.  Check it out at the Moda Bake Shop here.

I have been starting a new sew-to-go project now and then so that I have projects at school, in the car, at speech, at bowling...  I can work on those while it is still cold and I can't longarm.  Can you tell I'm getting cabin fever and hopefully will be longarming soon?
