A 7-year old made this!
I finished longarm quilting this rail fence quilt. It was made by a 7-year old! She is part of the Teach a Kid How to Sew program in our local quilt guild. I know she is going to love the quilting. I boldy quilted it in bright blue Cosmos. This is a Circle Lord quilting pattern. It came out great! I will give this back to her tomorrow. She will then learn how to trim it, make the binding, and bind it. Awesome, huh?

THat's amazing work for a 7 year old. YOu've done a great job quilting it. I love the turquoise thread xx
What a great job she did! I think the quilting pattern is a great choice. My 8 yo boy just finished his first quilt, although not as big! It is such a great thing for kids to learn. I've never heard of Circle Lord before and had to look it up! That's cool!
Wow, she did really well, it turned out lovely! I like the blue thread you used, shows up great! I am so glad that young girls are learning to sew, Jayden wants to learn and it makes me so happy.
Wow is right!
