Block Lotto for April

Oh dear!  The blocks for the April Block Lotto are really testing my skills.  I can't just lay scraps on my trusted Accuquilt dies and crank them through for a perfect cut.  I have to use my rotary cutter, measure twice, cut once, square up, cut off dog ears.  Basically I'm working on my skills this month.  I am also having fun playing with SCRAPS of all kinds as long as the background is yellow. 

After all that bickering and complaining I made two blocks.  They are so fun!  I already know that I would use red sashings and how I would lay out this quilt if I... WHEN I win!  Fingers crossed!  Check out the Noon and Light block details here.  Come join the fun!
