September OMG Goal

It's time to set the September OMG goal.  This month I hope to finish Spangled Stars.  I'm linking up Patty at Elm Street Quilts here for the goal setting party.

This is my first red, white, and blue bed quilt.  It was part of the Spangled Stars QA at Susan's blog, Quilt Fabrication.  Thank you, Susan, for hosting the quilt along.  It started April 30, 2015.  I thought it would be a great quilt for July.  I need to make a back for it, longarm quilt it, making binding, make a label, and bind it.  It's a king-sized quilt (99" x 111").

  1. I have never made a king-size quilt and have no desire to make one in the future. therefore I salute your courage and perseverance. It is a beautiful pattern and will make a gorgeous quilt.
