Here's the block we are making this month. It's called Dutchman's Puzzle. You can find the info to make this block this month here.
It doesn't matter where you live! It's not just a USA thing. I LOVE making a quilt with blocks from all over the world. I was so excited when these blocks came in that I embroidered the first name of who made them and where they came from on each block for this quilt. It makes it so special.
Eclipse, finished 3/6/12 -- one of my personal favorites that is always on the couch (if it's not taken)
Here's a close-up of some of the blocks:
Here's France, New Zeland, Maine, and Utah... Yes, when you get so many blocks from different makers, they don't line up perfectly, but look at the beautiful effect in the quilt above!
I was so excited when the country of Oman was announced in the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. I immediately showed my husband that I had something from Oman!
I see England, I see France... I see somebody's underpants -- Sorry, couldn't help myself.

There's another linky party at Em's Scrap Bag. Moving it forward, Monday!
