For some reason today went so fast. It felt like it took me all day to make these four Sand Castle blocks (pattern by Bonnie Hunter in her latest book, String Frenzy.)
I love these blocks. They won't go together in the final quilt like this, but it's fun to play with them.
I'm linking up with Angela's blog, So Scrappy for the
RSC19.

I am loving your Sand Castle blocks in YELLOW!!
I love your brown background strips!
These blocks are lovely! :-)
These are great! How big will the final quilt be?
Now i dont have to wonder how this would look with darker browns!it looks great.
The final quilt in Bonnie Hunter's pattern is 80" x 80". I may add a solid border because I am a longarm quilter and I am a fan of smooth edges. I'm guessing mine will be about about 89 x 89.
I love this block. It's fun to see Gayle's version at Mangofeet blog and then your version. Both are awesome!
Oh wow that is an amazing block, I love your choice of patter and colour! Great job!!
Those are great blocks!
