RSC19 -- Yellow

First up this week I made some yellow 9-patch blocks (3.5") for parts of my February Block Lotto blocks.

They turned in to these Alt-9-patches (6.5"):

My go to leader/ender block is a 4-patch made with 1.5" squares.  Since 1.5" squares are the last size that I keep as scraps (besides strings), I tend to make a lot of them.  I LOVE 2.5" scrap projects!

I'm linking up with Angela at SoScrappy for the RSC19.

I like those Alt-9-patch blocks and also your little 4 patches. Such a good idea for Leader/Enders!

I don't save 1.5" square, though I do have 1.5" strips. That's a great idea to make little 4 patches!

How pretty!

Love your tiny 4-patches! Will they be a quilt on their own or as components of a larger block?

Cute wee blocks! I may follow your lead and start making 4-patches out of my ever-growing collection of 1.5” squares. Great idea, and so versatile!

Sunny bits of YELLOW in your sewing space. Certainly doesn't match our current weather! Thanks for brightening my day.

Love all of your patches. I agree with you, I much prefer the 2-1/2" squares than the 1-1/2" ones!
