Passing It On

Last week at church a friend gave a bunch of craft items to me.  There were two dolls that were made and needed "dressed" and some doll parts.  There were doll patterns.  I don't really make dolls, but I knew someone that might have some fun with them.  I packed up these supplies and sent them her way.

Not long after I gave her the fun stuff, she sent me this photo:

The "sunkissed" Annie was made from fabric that a dear friend (Joanne -- who recently passed away) gave me a while back.  It was not "quilting" cotton.  I had so much white and cream that I dyed some and it turned out this color.  PERFECT for an Annie!  Whohoo!  It's being used!

Isn't it wonderful we all enjoy crafting different things. I'm sure your friend was just as happy to receive the patterns and fabrics as you were to gift them to her. The dolls will make some children very happy!
