RSC18 and a few Blues

It really looks like I'm working on reds more than blues, but I did try to find more blues in the 2.5" bins to make this block for my secret Ohio quilt.  I'll be embroidering Ohio city names on these stars in my spare time.  The yellow star will be embroidered with "East Canton" on it in blue.  Blue and yellow are our school colors.  That's our home town.

Linking up with the RSC18 on Angela's blog, SoScrappy.

What a nice idea to celebrate Ohio and make it a personal quilt. The stars really stand out against the background.

Using your scraps is the name of the RSC game! The dark BLUE is in your block, too.
