Drunkard's Path Roly Poly Owl and Block 14 of We Can Do It Skill Builder

Thanks to the neat tutorial by Mary at The Tulip Patch I made this owl from Drunkard's path blocks.  Check out the cute tute at:  Mary calls it the Roly Poly Owl Block.  It will be the center part of my Crazy Quilt Block for my We Can Do It Sampler at:  Don't worry about the edges for now.  They will be covered by the crazy blocks.

This turned in to my We Can Do It Skill Builder Sampler -- Block 14 -- Crazy Quilt Block
I love it!  I had a Dresden ready to go for the side, but it was just too much.  I'll use it somewhere else.
With fall in Ohio... this is the best lighting we're gonna get for a while.
