I needed something for my sew-to-go bag for the first of the year. I knew this little panel quilt that I found earlier this month would be a quick quilt. It's on the frame. It won't be done this year, but I thought it was the right thing to work on for the season. Hoping to have a longarm quilting marathon for several days!
I'm really starting to enjoy looking at the salvage edges of fabrics. This panel is from 1995. A quilter passed away. Her son gave me many of her things. This will make a cute little donation quilt.
The weather is supposed to be warmer the next few days so hopefully you will be able to get some serious time using your long arm machine. Merry Christmas!
