Now that I'm back to school for the 2025-26 school year, I need to make sure to do my "homework" to make sure my sew-to-go bag is stocked for those moments that I can get a few stitches in.
I am using Applipops to make circles for my Dicey quilt. You can read the reasons behind why I started this quilt here.
I will be in a waiting room this coming week while DH has a medical procedure done--prepping hexies to take along to help calm my mind...
ReplyDeleteLove your "dicey project"...hugs, Julierose
That's a good project to work on at school, easy to pick up and easy to set down. Have a good school year!
ReplyDeleteOh please don't tell me school started there yet. I am on vacation in the Adirondacks with my grandkids and they don't start until the Tuesday after Labor Day. Teachers, a week earlier. Summer is so short!
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday, Kathy. I do wish you a wonderful school year. Dicey will be a wonderful project to work on when you are not working with the kiddos. The Applipops are interesting. I had to go look them up. Thank you for sharing your method of how you are prepping the circles.
ReplyDeleteGreat pick and go project ..
ReplyDeleteI try to always have something to stitch on wherever I go "just in case'! What I am bad about it making sure I have an extra needle.
